About Us
History
International Center for Family Welfare (ICFW) was created in 2015 by a group of informed women & men who saw the need of building cohesive families and amplifying female & male voices beyond societal boundaries to stand up for equality and equity for men, women, girls, children, youths, 2SLGBTQIA+ people and other vulnerable populations. Over the years, we have grown in scope and impact, collaborating with community leaders, activists, and partners driving towards a positive change.

We work directly with women, girls, children and 2SLGBTQIA+ people who are victims of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). We equally work, seniors, youths, homeless individuals, people living in overcrowded housing, collective sites and slums; immigrants, blacks, refugees, people with disabilities, the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis, people living in closed facilities, racialized people, people living in remote locations; and people living in poverty.
Our secondary beneficiaries include faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, social centers, clubs and other women’s groups.
